Fantastic location, near a baroque church. Spotless units with a pull out bed.

Excellent hotel. Very Venetian design hotel. Staff were very helpful and also upgraded us to a suite (this was part of our honeymoon) Breakfast good. Fantastic location (although a little bit hard to find on its tiny little off street..)

The location is marvellous and brilliant, minutes from Doge's Palace. the units are beautiful and absolutely brilliant with a great shower. Would happily go back again. We absolutely loved this hotel. It was beautiful and welcoming. The hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel is very close to St. Marks square, therefore a great location. There is a water bus stop close by as well. This was very convenient, as there is nothing worse than lugging around luggage through small, busy streets. We would most definitely return to / recommend this hotel.
It was a little hard to find at first. We were told by an information booth to get off at the Rialto stop, which is way too far when carrying luggage. If you are unsure as to where the hotel is, your best option is to call them directly.

We had the best experience at the Ad Palace. The staff was amazing and very helpful in planning our short stay in Venice. They told us about sights slightly off the regular tourist circuit and wonderful restaurants for any price point. The breakfast included was wonderful and it had the largest assortment of foods out of all of the hotels on our European trip. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice. It is well located, the rooms are very well appointed, everything was very clean and the staff truly made our Venetian experience extra special!

The central location near Campo Santo Stefano was convenient, and the breakfast offered here was delicious with a variety of options, including a fresh honeycomb and tasty pastries and muffins.

Enjoyed the way our reasonably large room with a pull out bed was arranged. The location offered was marvellous and incredible adjacent to venice for 4 days as well as all main sites, restaurants and shopping. Furthermore, beside the Opera House.

Upgraded two of our three rooms to suites. Very spacious suite for us. Quiet location behind the Fenice. Chocolate to greet us. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast. Free internet. Funky interior design
Trivial really, but suite didn't have a shower - only a shower head in the bath. Bit odd, but got used to it. Would have been difficult if you weren't fit enough to get out of a bath

Location is great - very central . Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bedroom had a great view and had a big bed! Great rooftop views!
Hotel is not child friendly - no high chairs and cot was not in room despite being requested. Cot put up but was put up incorrectly so ended up not using it.Recommended a restaurant, which we eventualy found and it was closed!

Convenient Location: This place is situated near a beautiful baroque church, which added to the charm of the area. 🏛️ Comfortable Room: the double room we stayed in was cozy and had everything we needed, including a comfy bed and a coffee maker. It was a perfect space for us to relax after a long day of exploring.

Possibly the best and very comfortable stay for great customer service. Stylish and spotless units with beautiful view, a four poster bed, as for instance. Smooth check-in, particularly good and magnificent location adjacent to the centre, Excelent and very welcoming staff, the center, and the Venice airport.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
